I'm all for better forecasts but I'm not sure this is a wise use of nearly a billion pounds. No computer no matter how super can hope to understand and predict the caos theory. Also you need "super" interperet the results. Seems to me like they think this computer will give better forecasts when really it's educated and not politically driven people they need to get better.
