It looks liek this March temp will be one of the coldest in living memory... which is no mean feat given 2006 being pretty cold....
CET currently at 2.79C which is colder than our average CET for any month of the year in winter, it is a stunning -3.5C below the average for march,
quite some going, and scotland has been much much colder too.
I am looking at the RH and its reading 34% and I am thinking continental summer???
